It was a holy and joyful Sunday at Emmanuel on September 18th. With the sounds and smells of the annual Rhythm and Roots Festival going on outside, we celebrated a Holy Eucharist with bluegrass music from the local group the Rock Hall Ramblers, which features our Canon Kathy Dunagan. Kathy arranged and seamlessly worked the music into the liturgy in a way that lent itself as a natural response to God.
